Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the unique benefits of meditation.

INTRODUCTION

Į Meditation is simple and an un-expensive practice, anybody can do it and it doesn’t required any especial equipment.

II Meditation has been practice for thousands of years. Meditation original was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life, but now a days meditation is used for relaxation and stress reduction.

ĮĮĮ Meditation has multiple benefits as physical benefits, emotional benefits, mental benefits and spiritual benefits.

Thesis Statement: If stress has you anxious, tents and worry, consider practicing meditation. BODY

Į Meditation can wipe away the day’s stress, bringing with it inner Peace.

A. It is about training the mind, beating bad mental habits and developing and nurturing positive qualities that are already present within us

1. Meditation can help us to take control of our lives

2.- Give time for our self to disconnect from the busy live will Help us to clear our minds and re-charge again. 3.- Meditation can wipe away stress, bringing with it inner peace

II . Meditation will lead us to great benefits as 1.- Physical Benefits.- Deeper level of relaxation, decreased high blood pressure, improve flow of air to the lungs, increased levels of energy , decreased muscle tension, improve state of the immune system. 2.- Emotional and mental benefits.- Decreased in restless thinking, increased ability to stay calm in every situation, greater creativity, decreased tendency to worry, decreased depression, enhance self-confidence, improve concentration and more. 3.-

The benefits of this technique are extraordinary. With regular practice, T 'ai Chi Chih balances the body and improves circulation, breathing, flexibility and coordination. It can help you reduce stress and tension, while bringing about relaxation, inner peace and serenity. Many people have experienced increased energy, decreased blood pressure, and an improvement in chronic ailments. It also helps in strengthening muscles and bones. With regular practice, T 'ai Chi Chih improves balance, physical fitness, flexibility, and stamina. It promotes longevity while increasing quality of life too (http://www.taichichih.org).     Determining if an individual who has committed a heinous crime where the plea of insanity or sane was to be established, is a fine line. Labeling individuals who suffer from mental illness or disorders must be examined carefully and thoroughly. The truth in legality is that just because a person does not know the difference between right and wrong does not mean that they are clinically insane. Insanity can be seen as people who suffer from psychotic episodes, hallucinations, mental deficiencies, and even mental retardation. “In M'Naghten's modern form, a defendant who pleads insanity must prove that at the time of the offense he or she was suffering from a mental disease or disability, such as retardation, so severely as not to know either "the nature and quality of the act" or whether it was right or wrong” (Gibeaut, J. (2006). If an individual cannot comprehend the crime they committed and the consequences of their action, and who did not understand right from wrong, this would be the ideology of M’Naghten’s rule. Does Eric Michael Clark have the legal right to submit an insanity plea for his defense? Was the question of his diagnosis put to light in the courtroom? Was the question ever addressed if Eric was on any psychotropic drug when he committed this crime? Was he off his medication for his diagnosed mental disorder? So many elements were not brought up in this case for Eric to have the eligible legal right to plea insanity for his defense. In contrast, for a young man who was cruising the streets with radio at full volume and was then stop by a police officer doing his job, what was the reason Eric fired more than five shots? Was he experiencing a psychotic episode or did he feel threatened in any way? These facts have to be considered before an insanity…
