McDonald’s is the world largest chain of fast food restaurant. McDonald’s predominantly sells hamburgers,various types of chicken. Sandwich and French fries, soft drinks, breakfast items and desserts .In different places, they offer different types of food, according to local taste. The business began in 1940, with a restaurant opened by brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald in San Bernadino, California. Kroc later purchased the McDonald brothers’ equity in the company and let its worldwide expansion. The company becomes listed on the public stock markets in 1965.With the expansion of McDonald's into many international markets ,the company has become a symbol of globalization and the spread of the American way of life. The important source of McDonald corporation's income is from three parts,the real estate transport business income,from alliance shop collection service fee and from straight camp shop earnings. Now it have become one of the world’s leading food service retailers with more than 33,500 locations serving nearly 68 million customers in 119 countries each day. In addition, McDonald's control of the other restaurant brand, such as the Aroma of coffee (Aroma Cafe), Boston Market, Chipotle Mexican big cornbread fast food restaurant, Donatos Pizza and Pret a Manger.McDonald's gold criterion is "The customer is first,customer forever first."As everyone knows McDonald,I'm lovin' it. According to McDonald's history,I will list four environmental factors that affects the McDonald.The first one is Global Consumer Preferences.The reason why McDonald can successful,because it take "Quickly,conveniently,healthy"these ideas.In 21st century,it is a busy and quick-space life.So,most of people may not have enough time to eat .McDonald's module provide people many convenience.They can order,with no need to wait for a long time and take away,this process may spend 5 minutes.Of course,a clean and relax environment is necessary for customers.The price is fairly,Frome the price,McDonald lock on public route,no very highest price and everyone can accept it.These publish systems and nice environment attract people come to McDonald again.Moreover,according to different age to provide different food are also an element to affect the consumer.And McDonald's remarkable advertising,making more and more people to remember the special restaurant.

The second one is globalized production.McDonald's slogan is only have a flavor.whatever where we are,if we go to the McDonald's restaurant,the hamburg or big Mac are the same taste,this is also McDonald's brand of value.If want to make sure the production is all the same flavor,the premise condition is must be standardized,especially the standardization of raw materials.According to the regulations, restaurant materials can not buy in the market,it must from McDonald's distribution centers provided.Under the systems,it can assure food stay fresh and quality standards.In the other side,is can decrease the cost.For instance.if food go bad or expired.the customer may claimed compensation and it will have negative impact for the company and not easy to repair the company's reputation.Be globalized production can achieve the highest quality standards at the lowest possible cost.

The third one is technological innovations.As the technology times,most of people like to surf the internet or extra time in the company or home.therefore ,McDonald launch the service of order in the internet,telephone,delivery and drive-thrus.These items raising the McDonald's turnover and serve for the no time go to outside buy the food and very convenience for worker.Of course,the express,thorough and satisfactory in service lead to people have deep impression for McDonald's originality,it maximum to help people save time and provide convenience for consumers.
