Branding is creating a unique name and image for a product in the consumers' mind, mainly through advertising campaigns with a consistent theme.

Brand Extension: Brand extension is when you get new products and use it under the same brand for example there is coca cola; coca cola also do products such as coke zero and coca cola cherry, it is under the same brand name so it gains more customers.
Buyer Behaviour: buyer behaviour is when you tell the behaviour of the customer before purchasing the product and after purchasing the product, to tell if the customer is satisfied.
Relationship Marketing: Relationship marketing involves developing long term relationship with customers so that they provide you with ongoing business. An organisation must exceed customer satisfaction expectations to retain and develop long term relationships with customers.

Volkswagen
Branding: Volkswagen, they carry out the same logo and name throughout their sales, they also put the logos on the car to imply that the car is made from them, the Volkswagen Company. They have many ways of branding this but the main way is by the logo.

Brand extension: this is when the brand produces new products under the same brands name, for example when Volkswagen sells their own vehicle parts.

Buyer behaviour: this is when you’re looking for the consumer’s satisfaction, their attitude and expressions towards that certain product for example if a customer buys the car and still has a frown you know there is something wrong and you may lose a sale.

Relationship Marketing: relationship marketing involves long term relationship with customers so that they provide you with ongoing business for example: a customer that has stayed only on Volkswagen and kept their loyalty.
