ACCESS CONDITION IN MASASA BEACH Masasa Beach is in the southern part of Tingloy, the only island municipality of Batangas province. It is located at the south of Calumpang peninsula and in between mainland Batangas and the island of Mindoro. Masasa Beach is public beach located at Sittio Orchids Barangay San Juan, Tingloy Batangas. With a flat plane of sand. From there, there’s a long stretch of shore where small fishing boats are docked. A beautiful sunset can be seen and mountain peak of the Magasawang-bato, the highest among two mountains there. It’s so easy to reach Masasa Beach. If they’re from Manila, you can takes around 3-4 hours to get in Masasa Beach. It takes 2 hours bus ride from Buendia to Balagtas Grand Terminal. And up to there, they’re going to ride a jeepney from Balagtas Grand Terminal to Anilao port which takes an hour. And from there, you can see a Tingloy motorboat where you’re going to ride to get in Tingloy and it takes 45minutes to 1 hour. Finally, they’re in Tingloy, But that not the end of your journey. You’re not in Masasa yet. From Tingloy port, you have to take a quick tricycle ride to drop off in Brgy. San Juan, where you can find what you’re looking for, the MASASA. And when you finally step in the land of Masasa. You have to walk down to the beach through a rice field and it takes 10 minutes. There are 6 Tingloy motorboats in 1 day to reach Masasa Beach. And it has a limited time only. The first boat going to Tingloy leave’s at 10:30am and last boat leaves at 4:00pm. They can easily drop off Masasa Beach in just PHP 600.00 back and forth from Manila. SITE VALIDATION Tingloy belongs to 2nd District of Batangas. A fifth-class municipality in the province. With a total land area of 33.07km2(12.77sq.mi). Appears to be hopping from Balayan to Batangas Bay. With a distance of 136km from Manila and contains 15 barangays. As of 2013, it has a total population of 18,000.
