To survive in this highly competitive scenario, managers should know about the market to increase Airtel’s growth share in noida on the basis of generating daily connection sales . Management courses without practical training are incomplete. Theoretical studies in the classrooms are not sufficient to understand various activities, problems, and happenings in any industry. Practical training is therefore a process of learning, a sequence of programmed behavior, application of knowledge and awareness of the rules and procedures. It therefore becomes necessary to undergo such training in an organization. So, 6 week’s training gives us an opportunity to get familiar with the business life, which in turn widely influences their conception and perception. Training attains all the more significance when it is done in a reputed, fast growing and professionally managed organization like Bharti Airtel. This project gave me an opportunity to learn various aspects of HR and provided an exposure to the practicality of the things.
