While studies from our laboratory and others have revealed that the MPK38 protein kinase regulates a diverse array of cellular functions. Many aspects of MPK38 function and regulation have only recently been elucidated, and many more questions remain unanswered. In this review, we explain the regulatory mechanism for MPK38 activity and describe how these activities can regulate variety of cellular processes.

The act set out a single clear test for assessing whether a person lacks capacity to take a particular decision at a particular time and makes representations about the person’s wishes, feelings, beliefs and values, at the same time bringing to attention of the decision maker all factors that are relevant to the decision.
