Introduction
Les Mills is fully New Zealand owned operated, Les Mills are a team of passionate, positive professionals who have been making a difference in people's lives since Olympian Les Mills opened the Auckland Club in 1968.
Les Mills International was founded by Phillip Mills and named after his father Les Mills, four times Olympian and founder of the Les Mills World of Fitness chain in Auckland, New Zealand, Phillip and his team developed new programs and distributed it via DVD to improve the programs every three month. Les Mills is the world's leading group exercise provider, there are several parts to Les fitness, including Les Mills Gyms, Les Mills NZ and Les Mills International. As it mention LMI system is complex and dynamic therefore this report will discuss in further in regard the study of organsisational behavior, communications, working in teams, leadership, motivation and rewards and finally human resource management. Study of organizational behaviour organisational behaviour is a field of study that investigate the impact that individuals, groups and organisational structure have on behaviour within the organisation, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an study of organisation effectiveness
The culture of les mills is outlined in yellow book which is given to the employee at the induction which emphasis why the company exist and its purpose such living to improve new Zealander and the company uses the five key strategies of encouraging, attendance, growing membership, informing their people hot business. Organisztional behavior Les mills is an effective sterategy as it allows employees to have the importance points of the company and how to ogranisation operates.
