Introduction

This paper has been written in order to present a critical review of theories of innovation and change. Additionally, different theories will be compared and weaknesses or strengths will be highlighted. Document presented below is not only on an extensive review of the literature but also on my own working experience within banking industry.
This paper will contain three sections; the first section is theory review of Innovation and Change.
The second section consists of going through personal successful and unsuccessful changes which I faced in my professional environment.
The third and last section is about a self-assessment on my own leadership skills, including a personal action plan to support my further development. 1.
