Today’s interconnected modern world has created an emphasis on intellectual capital creating high value for innovation within a workforce rather than compliance in previous times such as the industrial revolution. Creativity is the generation of unique, valuable and non-obvious ideas and innovation is the execution of creative ideas in organizations (Andriopoulos and Dawson, 2009)1.
