Anyone can be a leader, but to be a successful leader can be a real challenge. What is leadership?
Fundamentally leadership is about people. When people need to work together to achieve an objective, they need leadership. When people are uncertain what to do next, they need leadership. When people are struggling to overcome difficult situations, they need leadership.

Why is example so important?
Put simply, example, like laughter, is infectious - it is capable of affecting the emotions and attitudes of anyone who is exposed to it. Through our lives , we all influenced by behavior of others (parents, teachers,….etc) We’re influenced by what we see other people doing In some cases we respond to other people’s examples by making a conscious choice as to how we behave Leaders are role models because leader’s behavior is a reference point By their own example, leaders need to instill in the people that they lead the right values and behaviors. A leader’s words and actions set the tone for the people he/she leads. A leader is never off duty, his/her behavior is constantly being scrutinized for verbal and non-verbal signals which will be interpreted,.
