Management
Management development is a major part of what is called organization development. This is the process of examining a company infrastructure from a point of behavioral science and then affecting positive change within the organization. There are many techniques used such as testing, surveys, competency frameworks and management development. The definition of organization development is a contractual agreement between a sponsoring organization and a change agent to improve organizational performance.In order to improve the management performances in an organization.They have developed a lot theories ;therefore ,the Management requires the skilled manager to apply their knowledge to the practice.I think there are four essential theories in management practices.
Planning
Planning is the first step of management ,managers make a plan before a task set up .Some managers make plan by themselves ,and some mangers make plan by discussing with employees ,the objective is to ensure that the tasks are distributed in the best way possible to achieve the goal .If the plan fail, it will affect whole productivity badly.A good plan should give the employees right direction ,and clear mission , reasonable decline .Moreover, the strategic planning become more and more important in marketplace ,because set up strategic planning can carry out a good start to tasks .
Organizing
Whilst planning is acting as providing location map to reach a destination, then organizing is the way used to reach such destination. Organizing is the basic management tool for managers to assign the tasks to the employees .Employees can't left without job descriptions .If a work team without good organization ,employees will feel confused and uncertain about what should be done and what to do next step .Organizational structure is designed by managers ,maybe according to different management styles there are maybe different organizational
