According to F. John Reh, a leader is someone who offers leadership roles to others. A leader is someone who should have a vision and goals to achieve. They only achieve their goals by taking steps and strength which keeps them moving towards their goals without any obstacles. What differentiate a leader with others is all about the traits a leader is required to have, the traits can be inborn or improved during ones leadership. Leaders are expected to possess traits of integrity which can make someone to have a believe that what a leader is doing is of his dreams not because of ego.is also expected to be someone who is a man of the people in order to understand that people are different to achieve his goals, and should be someone that is positive minded and can be able to encourage people to work harder to reach their targets.Threfore for one to become a leader there are skills one should be aware of such as motivation and planning. This is because you can’t separate ethics and morals because they all counter what is right and what is wrong. Countries such as Syria have been in a nightmare for a period of two years , the country has experienced killings where children totaling to about 6,561 have faced death where two million of the population have are refugees in the nearby countries as close to four million two hundred thousand have been displaced internally. International organizations such as UN, Amnesty International, UN and Human Rights are on the watch on what is happening in Syria.
