JonBenet Ramsey Have you ever heard of one of the most popular unsolved murder mysteries in history? Well, in 1996, a 6 year old girl named JonBenet ramsey was found murdered in her home. Many different theories have evolved since then, some stating there was an intruder. And others saying the family was the one who did it. The mom, Patsy, the dad, Jon, and the brother, Burke, were all at home at the time of the murder. How did they know that jonbenet had been murdered? There was a ransom note left on the stairs in the basement. The mom found it when she went downstairs to make coffee. She rushed into jonbenet's bedroom and found that she was missing. Everything went downhill from there.

Patsy was in complete shock. She rushed upstairs and called the police. This is when things started to get weird. As she was on the phone with the 911 operator she was yelling that her daughter was missing. She never once stated her daughters name. When the 911 operator was trying to keep patsy on the phone, she wouldn't listen. So she hung up

Due to him being interviewed and him basically guessed what had happened. The theory i have put together is this. It was around 10:30 pm when the ramseys got home. I believe that jonbenet was asleep in the back seat so jhon carried her up and out her in her bed. Patsy woke up jonbenet and told her to use the bathroom. She was then awake and went downstairs because she was hungry. Burke had some pineapples and milk and she stole one. Burke got mad and hit jonbenet in the head with a flashlight. He then picked up a train track that was laying on the table and stabbed her in the back to try an get a response. His parents realized what he did and so they told burke to go upstairs and not to come back out. They then wrote a ransom note, made it look like someone broke in and kidnapped her. And lastly made it seem as if she was strangled and sexually

During the autopsy, “some sort of undigested fruit, thought to potentially be pineapple, was found in JonBenet’s stomach that had been consumed just a few hours before she died” (Syrdal). Pictures from the Ramsey household from the day before the murder show a bowl full of pineapple on the table, with Burke Ramsey’s fingerprints all over the bowl. Patsy and John claimed that Burke had been sleeping the entirety of the night of the murder. Also, more evidence surfaced that placed further suspicion on the Ramseys. The ransom note was written in the Ramsey house and after being analyzed it was discovered that it was indeed written by a woman. Finally, after Patsy had finished reporting the disappearance to 911 she accidentally stayed on the line for a couple seconds where she can be heard saying “help me Jesus” and “what did I do” (Syrdal). The Ramseys were never prosecuted due to lack of sufficient evidence, but there is still a huge “umbrella of suspicion” placed upon the whole family (JonBenet Ramsey Murder Fast…

The death of JonBenet Ramsey has been a mystery for so long. It is so weird that this little girl was found dead in the basement of their home and no one heard or saw a thing. Records say that JonBenet had a fractured skull, been molested and had been strangled with a chord. According to biography.com, the only evidence found was a ransom letter requesting $118,000 in which was written on some paper belonging to the Ramseys and the duct tape which had fibers from her mother’s clothing. When her body was found, the father should have not moved her. I do not understand why he would take her from the basement back upstairs after finding her; it just did not make any sense (biography.com).…

Quarreling over Jonbenet stealing a piece of his late night treat, nine-year-old Burke took it out of hand and threw a flashlight at her head. The blow to the head knocked her unconscious, making him believe she was dead. Panicking, Burke called out to his parents to reveal what he had done.
