Manager, International Carrier Business
(A) Job Purpose (Briefly state your job’s overall objective) To identify, explore, develop and manage International Carrier and Wholesale Business with local and international carriers to ensure revenue targets are met.
(B) Key Accountabilities (Describe the important end results you are expected to achieve. Start with the most important) 1) Formulate overall business strategy for International Carrier and Wholesale Business.
2) Responsible for overall Wholesale Business sales performance according to target set. 3) Explore and manage international and wholesale business opportunities in order to gain revenue stream for the company. 4) Negotiate and close business deals with potential customers and partners. 5) Negotiate business parameters in favor of the company with minimal investment and high return. 6) Develop, establish and manage new creative routings for cost savings. 7) Study and analyze the feasibility and viability of new business opportunities i.e. preparation of Business Case, Project Plan, NDA, Service Agreement, etc. 8) Manage wholesale carrier interconnect, commercially and technically, against the target and implement corrective actions when necessary. 9) Build and maintain relationship with current and potential customers and partners.
(C) Key Challenges (Describe the most challenging or complex part of your work) 1. Bringing in viable business opportunities with high margin in the highly competitive environment whereby frequent changes of rates and expected thin margin. 2.
