Ideal Playlist Analysis
The Ideal Playlist
Music is a form of speaking our hearts out. Through music, we can relate and sympathize in the songs we listen to. Whenever I listen to love songs, I cannot deny that I sometimes put myself in the persona to whom the singer is singing to. Thoughts about the qualities I like in a man spirals in my mind and in no time, I already created a playlist that would fit to the ideal person that most of us want to spend our lives with in the future.
1. That person is everything you will ever need.
I’ll be your dream, I’ll be your wish
I’ll be your fantasy, I’ll be your hope
I’ll be your love
Be everything that you need.. –Truly, Madly, Deeply (Savage Garden)
I am everything you want
I am everything you need
I am everything inside of

–Waiting for you (Richard Marx)
I said, “There’s someone I’m waiting for
Even if it’s a day, a month, a year.
Gotta stand my ground even if it rains or snows
If she changes her mind, this is the first place she will go..” –The Man Who Can’t Be Moved (The Script)
10. That person is willing to spend forever with you.
Time and again
There are these changes that we cannot end
As sure as time keeps going on and on
My love for you will be forevermore.. –Forevermore (Side A)
I will make this clear
I will always be here
I love you, I do, I do
So smile you have me for life
I love you, I do, I do.. –I Do (Marie Digby)

Some of you might think that these qualities mentioned above are too impossible to find in one person. Well, it is true that you cannot find a perfect partner in this imperfect world. But don’t lose hope because you forgot to consider that there is one Person who possesses all these qualities. Even if you always ignore Him, He will never leave by your side. Although you don’t have time for Him, He will always be available for you, waiting for the moment that you will turn to Him and accept the overflowing love He offers. And when the right time comes, God will certainly give you the person that you truly

Dick Clark once said, ¨Music is the soundtrack of your life.¨ Music is one of the most powerful and influential things in my life. Without the melodies and harmonies of music, my life would feel bland and meaningless. I have a very busy schedule and sometimes it is too easy to lose meaning in my everyday tasks, but with music I am able to keep meaning in my life. I use music to get me through the activities of my everyday life. Whether it is cleaning my room, doing homework, or just relaxing, music makes everything better. I think that music can convey feelings and emotions extraordinarily well. When words cannot do the job, music can. Along with that, I think that music accompanies memories very well also. Going back to Dick Clark’s quote, I think I would be able to make a timeline of my life just using song titles, albums, and…

Music is used similarly to art or literature. Lewis notes two ways we use music. First is that we use music as a social and organic response. And secondly, we use music to obtain an emotional response where we become the tune. However, he goes on to say that, “Once the emotion response is well aroused it begets imaginings. Dim ideas of inconsolable sorrows, brilliant revelry, or well-fought fields arise. The very tune itself, let alone the use the composer makes of it and the quality of the performance, almost sinks out of hearing” (Lewis 23). Those who appreciate music, let the music affect you emotionally. They few “don’t hum or whistle while the music is going on; only in reminiscence, as we quote our favorite lines or verse to ourselves” (Lewis…

But its not all about being perfect, its about complementing each other, being the other´s half, I want someone that protects me and respects me no matter what, I want him to share his thoughts with me, I want to hear what he thinks and what he wishes for, his struggles and fears, everything that crosses his mind I’d love to know about. Additionally I will also need someone who is a good listener who is interested in my thoughts and feelings. I don’t want to keep anything from him, I should be able to trust him 100% without thinking it twice, and just like I don’t want to keep secrets, he shouldn’t either.…
