Albert Einstein said it best when he said, “Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.” This says it all in today’s business world there are many businesses that are successful, the key is to be valuable. At H&R Block we take care of our clients, we grow with them both in life as well as with our knowledge and expertise. Today’s society requires businesses to account for its value on various level, organizational achievements, community success, and personal growth in management and employees. Making sure each employee is provided with the proper training and tools is essential to the success and value of each individual office.

It is important that all employees take these serious and follow the guidelines set in place. Each Tax preparer is required to take a minimum of 15 hours continued education course these course consist of 10 hours for federal, 3 hours of Tax Update, and 2 hours of Ethics. In order to prepare taxes as a paid preparer the IRS requires minimal hours as well as other guidelines in order to renew your PTIN number every year. This is the preparers electronic signature on all tax returns they were paid to prepare.
