How To Write A Case Study: Shanika's Lost In Transferring Calls
Shanika is having problems with her job. She may have to be retrained. I wanted you to observe her more carefully if possible. But I leave that to your judgement. I noticed and it was pointed out to me today that Shanika seems lost in transferring calls, doesn’t know basic information such as where students take placement tests, along with other information. Another aide watched her talk on her cell while a student waited to be seen by her. It appears to me and two other people that she doesn’t take this job seriously. Maybe she behaves that way only around me and shapes up when you are around.
