How to Stay Healthy
Nowadays,more and more people doesn’t know how to stay healthy,so they are easily get some illness such as diabetes,high blood pressure,obesity,…To stay healthy ,I think you should:
Firstly, You ought to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.It contains not only vitamin and minerals but also water and fiber.It make you take longer to digest and keep you full longer.For example, red fruits and vegetables have a lot of vitamin C.It’s very helpful for your health,especially for your eyes.
Secondly, to get all the nutrition the human body needs, eat carbs, protein, and fat at every meal. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain.You can have a fit body and don’t get sick,if you avoid eating so much fatty ,sugarty food.
In addition,your body need more water ,so you should drink more water.At least 3 liters a day. Water can help you feel fuller.
You should sleep well every night. Adults should get 7 to 9 hours daily, whereas children should get 10 to 11 hours.Sleep is nessesary for your healthy.You can’t work ,if you don’t get enough sleep.Besides, sleeping is also a good way to prevent overeating.
Furthermore, to stay healthy you need to spend time playing sport such as jogging,yoga,badminton,…Playing sport you can get in shape and flexibility.
Lastly, I think you should make warm up your mind.For instance,never stop studying , play some games for strategy,play some musical instruments.
