How to Reduce Stress
Assalamualaikum and a very good morning to my beloved lecturer and all my friends. today i would like to talk about how to reduce stress.
First of all you have to make your body and your mind to feel relax. Whenever you are in stress mode you can try deep breathing technique or other relaxation techniques to release your mind from the stress. You also have to eat well and take care of your body. Other than that, we also need to do plenty of exercise and get enough sleep at night.
Second, we need to laugh more often. As we age, we tend to laugh less and get caught up in taking things a little too seriously, ourselves included. You can start by watching funny videos and it will help to peace your mind and make stress go away. You can also invite friends to your house and watch some funny movies to release stress. At least you and your friends will have some good times together. Other than that, you can listen to music or watch a video that can relaxes you.
Third, everybody will feel stress when it’s come to money. So what we can do is to live within your means. We can set a budget and stick to it. Other than that you can have an emergency fund saved so you can worry less about having the worst happen. In addition, you can make separate accounts for your days to days needs so that you will not overspending.
Stress is actually a dangerous disease that we need to prevent it from the root. It will affect our daily life activities and work performance. We can start now by doing the simple ways to reduce stress that i explained just now. So, that’s all from me, happy trying and thank you very
