McDonald's Gone Country

McDonald's, the most successful and well-known fast food chain in the world. One of which is located in Coshocton, Ohio. Most McDonalds' consist of three main colors blue, yellow, and red. McDonald's has different themes among their many restaurants. However, the main goal is to stick with the main colors throughout the restaurant. In the Coshocton restaurant there is a country style theme. The inside, outside, menus, and even the workers uniforms relate to each other; they all consist of the main colors dealing with the theme. McDonalds has a wood border that surrounds each section of the menu. On the left side of the menu are the lunch and breakfast items, and on the left are the dollar menu and the desserts. In the middle are the pictures of the value menus and their prices. The middle menu has a knob that turns the menu back and forth from breakfast to lunch. The menu is divided into many parts; for instance the hamburgers are listed in a roe separately from the chicken nuggets. The menus change from breakfast to lunch at 10:30 am. The breakfast menu consists of biscuits, English muffin, bagels, McGriddles, Hotcakes with or without sausage, Big Breakfast, Country Breakfast, and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits, muffins, McGriddles and bagels, come with just sausage; bacon, egg, and cheese; sausage, egg, and cheese. The hotcakes are pancakes and you can either have two or three pancakes with or without sausage. The Country Breakfast consists of two pancakes, scrambled eggs, a biscuit, and a choice of sausage or gravy. The Big Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, a biscuit, and a piece of sausage. The menus are directly behind the counter because it makes things easier to see and read. The menu is lighted to make them brighter. They have lights behind the menu to make the pictures and the words clear to read. McDonalds wants things to be clear so there is no dilemma on prices and the items. The wood …show more content…
Once traveling straight across the bridge, McDonald's is directly to the right making it very easy for travelers to exit the highway for a quick bite to eat. The location is also very noticeable because it is the first source of food seen. This may help in the increase of business. The building is laid out with many different entrances and parking areas for the convenience of the customers. The drive-thru is located in the rear of the actual building. When exiting the drive-thru you enter the same road in which you exited. Inside the restrooms are located in the back of the restaurant, the play area for young children is located in an enclosed area in the front of the building, and the counter for ordering is located in the center with all the seating areas
