Highland Rugby Team Analysis

By the end of the film, the Highland Rugby Team portrayed all of the key characteristics that make a team, a team. Each player of the team and their coach all shared the common goal of making it to the USA National Rugby Championship. Throughout the film, a viewer would witness the special bond the team members share with one another. This bond was formed because of the unique experiences they have faced together. For instance, when they witnessed Kurt, a player on their team, being hit and killed by a drunk driver, they came together and supported each other through it. Likewise, the team also gathered at Kurt’s grave to give him a meaningful memorial. Throughout the film, the Highland Rugby Team had a distinct set of rules that each player
