Healthy Day Training Case Study
Training Goal:
By this training the organization, community, and the volunteers will have benefits. There would be expenses for the training as of resources, time, and other data, but the end result of this will help AMCL to continuously grow. Equipment’s would be shared among the 12 trainees and this three hour training would be conducted on the same day as “Healthy Day” and they would be paid for training. Profits and sales revenue will increase for AMCL. They can take advantage of social media, fliers or use of the internet for this event. Healthy Day is a valuable marketing/branding and customer service opportunity for the Centers. Healthy Day event can draw more people. The organization’s atmosphere and culture will improve. There will be more people that are experts with this training. If there are more experts than there is no need for overtime. More people for AMC mean more popularity for them. For volunteers this training will give them motivation and they will feel good about themselves. Volunteers would have a commitment to the company. Steps to Accomplish
There are six steps that need to be accomplished to complete this project that is project timeline, pre instructional analysis, instructional plan, instructional materials, formative evaluation, and revised materials.
Project timeline gives an overview of situation, concern, proposal, and training goal.
Pre instructional analysis would list the main goal steps and sub steps.
Instructional plan/ design are to design document or blueprint that describes the sequence of training activities.
Instructional materials are a draft of the materials needed to conduct the training program.
Formative evaluation would help to identify areas in need of improvement.
Revised materials to identify poor test items and to identify poor
