GOOD HOPE FOUNDATION II
ORGINAL FOUNDING DOCUMENT

STATUTE:

Preamble:

The GOOD HOPE FOUNDATION II is a Christian nonprofit organization with the purpose to promote Education, Aid and Development for communities.

The objectives of this organization is to give an opportunity to children and adults to further their education, find suitable employment by providing the necessary incentives, and to contribute to the welfare and advancement of the individuals in our communities.

However, the GOOD HOPE FOUNDATION II will help any and everywhere we are needed, by serving all without distinction of race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social status, or religious affiliation, in helping individuals with clothes, food and basic needs.

TITLE I: Article 1:

Leslie Joann Williamson the Founder, President, and CEO will carry out her tasks according to the statutes of the said Foundation as an international entity, a nonprofit organization without any political affiliation.

The GOOD HOPE FOUNATION II is an organization that will always keep its doors open to people from different backgrounds, societies, ethnicity, and nationality.

OUR MOTTO is:
“Here, Kindness is more than a word.”

Article 2:

The headquarters of the GOOD HOPE FOUBDATION II is temporarily located at 34 Pine Forest Drive Wright City, Mo. 63390 (U.S.A.) .

The headquarters of the said Foundation will be relocated as soon as a suitable location is found. The Good Hope Foundation will, in time, have offices open in various places when there is a need to do so by the decision of the executive committee, and upon a final approval of the President and Vice-President.
