Germany National Youth Policy Analysis
In Germany on the other hand, the creation of the policy does not only involves the Federal Government, but also the municipal authorities and voluntary child and youth service organisations as well. The Federal Government viewed this policy as a general responsibility of the society, thus it must create spaces for the youngsters to develop their personality and talents through the parental education, school and vocational training. This policy is actually aiming for the creation of fair and balanced opportunities for the young people. Not only that, both countries also differ in terms of the emphasis on the policy. This is because, in Malaysian National Youth Policy, the programmes on culture, youth and sports which directed towards the promotion and development of youth activities are being emphasized more in order to achieve enhanced level of creative thinking, interest in culture and arts, social co-operation and youth leadership. The Germany National Youth Policy on the other hand, focuses more on creating fair chances for young people, developing higher demand with reduced space of time as well as enabling the youngsters to look with confidence to the future. In addition, both policies also differ in terms of its execution where Malaysian Policy has a higher emphasis on education and training of the youth while the Germany Policy on the other hand, focus more on other fields of knowledge instead of educational programmes and training. This is probably due to the higher standard of education available in Germany compared to our country. It is undeniable that their children and youngsters possessed better ability in solving problems requiring critical thinking in various fields either in Mathematics, Science and Technology, Physics, etc. Thus, all that is left for the country to improve is only on the side of fostering and enhancing the ability and expertise of the youth as they have already secured strong basics in those fields which somehow make it easier for them in dealing with any circumstances in
