General De Soto Analysis
Journal of a conquistador soldier
General De Soto wanted to go to the new world and he picked me and a lot of other guys go with him. He wanted to find gold in the new world. We started loading up ships later that day we loaded up 10 ships, 700 or more men, priest, a few women, some horses, mules, some war dogs, and pigs. Later that night General De Soto said we would only get like 4 hours of sleep he wanted us up early so we could head out and get there early. I was asleep untill General De Soto came rushing into our room yelling for us to get up me and the soldiers all rushed out of bed got into our gear and head out.

Years Later we were traveling down a trail when one of our soldier got shot by a stick with some metal thing on it so we got our weapons and we started fighting them and when i was running I got shot in the leg and in the arm and stung and burned a little but they had to carry me to cover after the war was over the city had been destroyed it looked nothing like when we first arrived.
Year later when we were about ready to head back to the ship and go home General De Soto passed out and later that day General De Soto was pronounced dead.
Week later General Luis De Moscoso Alvarado was named the new General and he was in control. We headed back to the town we left it was completly burned down and no one else was there but
