Foyle Meats have a logo; this is part of their corporate image as well as the mission statement, which is ‘making choice easy’. This can reassure potential customer of their high quality of their products. Foyle Food Group is an active member of Business in the Community; this shows that they care for the community as they sponsor projects such as football matches and charity runs.
Winning award and have many achievements can help a company’s corporate image. In 2008 Foyle Food Group won The Fair Trade Pledge and also the International Investors in People Standard Award. If a customer purchases a high quality product then they are more than likely going to return to the company to purchase it again and this is why it is vital for company products to be of the highest order possible.
Producing quality services can be determined by the rate of the job and the quality of the service. Some companies also have quality assurance promises to reassure the customer of the excellence of the product or service.
In addition to this, if a business’s customers can find a similar product elsewhere at a lower price and at a higher quality then they will buy that product. Businesses who offer a high quality product gain a competitive advantage over those who don’t. Product quality is usually associated with consistency. A customer who’s first buying experience was a good experience as a result of the quality product which they bought will likely return again and buy more. One main advantage of helping the community is that it builds the company’s reputation and corporate image. . Businesses who have a good reputation are rewarded by customers purchasing their products and services.
