INTRODUCTION
It is a pleasure to keep this report in front of you. Feasibilty report is vitally important for us because it develops the feelings among the students about hospitality industry and business to develop the practical base. At the same time we must know that what are the Strengths and weakness of the company by analyzing overall organizational structure and its operations. And simultaneously analyze the opportunities and threats for establishing the restaurant.In order to establish co-relation between the theoretical studies and practical training, it was suggested that some company should be analyzedand accordingly we had done the analysis on Mama Sally’s Naimas Ilocos Bagnet Restauarant.
The success of this feasibility study chapter 1 would not have been achieved had it not been of the unwavering support received from Mrs.Florida Vispers, our professor in one of our major subject.

Our mission at Mama Sally’s Naimas Ilocos Bagnet is to provide a warm atmosphere and social gathering place for the entire family. We will give that down home feeling in a restaurant environment. We will serve our customers with old time courtesy and appreciation. Our Restaurant will serve consistently great food at a great value, in an efficient manner. We will have the cleanest, most unique, most comfortable restaurant in the surrounding area. Our management team will give unprecedented attention to our customers and team members to produce a bond between the two.
VISION
Our vision l is to live up to the quality and expectations that our customers know we have produced for two years. We delight in serving our future customers – your children. We want their exuberance and animation to be a part of our atmosphere. We will strive to move forward with new ideas and technology, and will keep in step with a growing market.

History
Mama Sally’s Naimas Ilocos Bagnet is a single unit restaurant serving a healthy contemporary Ilocano food. This is located at 2205 city heights town of condo hotel this was open last year,Nov 25,2013 This restaurant is a Ilocano style restaurant providing comfortable dining in a smart surrounding provides a cool and fresh atmosphere.You may enjoy their style and this is also the restaurant where you can enjoy and relax the exquisite dishes prepared by their talented chef. The owner of Mama Sally’s Naimas Bagnet is Sir Jeff Villanueva he graduated of Masteral Degree of Management in Ateneo de Manila and now he is a professional doctor in Lucena City. His business is same as the business of he’s siblings .Their family is also have restaurant in Manila. The site of his restaurant is offer by his friend who owner of the 2205 condo hotel. They offers a menu of Ilocano food and beverages there will be two ways to purchase this product the table service at the restaurant and take out service. Their menu is a moderate sized and with high quality of priced, offering a collection of ethnic and Ilocano theme healthy , delicious and familiar delacasies their goal is to create the image of light satisfying and still nutritious foods. Their food production and assembly take place in the kitchen of the restaurant. The Chef exercise the standard of their proper sanitation, quality production and presentation food and how the proper preparing of their foods inside the kitchen and include the service staff crew. They have also a personal HR to train their employees to develop their skills and knowledge in their respective professions the open of their restaurant is in the time of 10am to 1am in the day after tomorrow. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner for six days a week. There are many restaurant in lucena city but Mama sally’s naimas bagnet is the one restaurant who offer Ilocano food.Their competitors have a familiar style. There are major ways in which they can create advantage over their competitor. First the product identify as a quality and novelty and they have a high employee motivation and good sales attitude.Their strategies is they serve expensive foods but delicious and the quality of food is very convenient. Their food is very unique and focus in Ilocano food. They have their facebook fanpage so that customer can visit and can give a suggestion and comment.
