I.Summary of the Project

Ghayoumetz de Saricoff is a business offering complete relaxation facilities. We will serve different services for different occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, debut, and wedding reception and for family bondings. On the services stated, we estimated that we can have Php 10 million three years from now.

Ghayoumetz de Saricoff aims to offer good services for everybody where they can spend their leisure time perfectly. Our business would not only profit in this industry but would also help everybody to buy and to strengthen their relationship with each other.

C.Brief History:
As you can see, people nowadays are so busy and workaholic. That’s why we decided to put up a business named Ghayoumetz de Saricoff, which offers best services for your time in relaxation.

Nature and Kind:
Ghayoumetz de Saricoff will give services in affordable prices that you can enjoy every facility. We have beauty salon, restaurant and coffee shop.

Management:
Ghayoumetz de Saricoff will be managed by its four proprietors: Percious Ann Corpuz is in-charged in Salon management, Mary Joy Mirasol is in-charged in Restaurant management, Glady Ruth Saguid in Coffee Shop Management, Kenneth Cantero in advertising and Rosevelle Imperial in finance management.

Job Qualifications:

Manager:
Must be at least college graduate and a degree holder of Bachelor of Science and Business Administration. And must have self-motivation, integrity, and has a great customer service skills.

Assistant Manager:
Assistant Manager must know how to make decisions and to be responsible whenever the manager is not around.

Accountant:
He/she must prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and financial reports to assess accuracy. He/she must be an accountancy graduate.

Waiter/waitress:
At least a high school graduate and knows how to ensure the customers that they are enjoying their meals and takes action to correct any problems.

Cashier:
At least high school graduate and responsible for handling the payments and maintaining the processing sales.

II. Economic Aspects

A. Market:
Ghayoumetz de Sari coff customers come from different parts of Metro Manila and other near provinces of the country wherein the customers usually want to hang out. We assure that our customers are in good hands with our workers and staffs.

B. Demands:
Ghayoumetz de Saricoff’s products and services are valuable which enables to meet the desire needs of the customers. It is estimated to increase 70% yearly. With the increasing demands and increasing customers, we are expecting that Ghayoumetz de Saricoff will lead to its extension and expansion.

C. Supply:
Ghayoumetz de Saricoff’s goods and services are from local and foreign. These localize foods and drinks are well-valued for direct selling. And the ingredients from the restaurant are also from local and foreign suppliers. It prioritizes to renew various demands.
