Effective communication plays a vital role techniques can help about others. What you need to be aware of their level of understanding and language ability. Showing them that you are actively listening .By doing that they feel valued and being part of any communication. As children become more mature, They need help with talking through their issues and how u interact positively with pupil as you listen and respond to them Give older children chance to talk so they feel that you are interested. We have to change the verbal communication according to the situation as if you are working on learning activity ensure that children are focused and distractions don`t interrupt their learning. However in social situation in playground you should use this as chance to develop positive relationship. They might ask personal question about you so best to answer these questions with humour, although you should always speak to them in professional way. You should ensure care and sensitivity with children who have communication differences as they will need to take their time when they are speaking. Adapt your way to their needs and be patience as some children may be anxious or nervous. Communications to their need if they have speech disorders such as a stammer makes it difficult for them, allowed them to take their time.
