Though technology can be used in the aid of literacy, many times because an individual in not literate about the educational use of a technological advanced device, he/she is using often time it is misused or disregarded. For example, many workers who lost jobs in industries that a failing lack the education or training to occupy jobs vacancy in new high-tech sectors, but many of these workers will use an Iphone or Android cellphone on a daily basis.
