Executive Summary

By tactical planning and hiring of new staff, Zilack Corporation plans to take our company to the next level in Coffee handling products. Our plan is to put into practice new processes and procedures to guarantee the success of both our Human Resources Department and the Sales and Marketing Department. Overall, the entire company and each individual department will undergo reformation. Without new plans, we feel this company will remain dormant. With the new plans we have in store, we project that the next year will bring double the profits and increase our sales margin by 100%. Each Department area manager is responsible for the goals, activities, performance standards & the goals and activities for those standards. Each Department will give you a purpose statement in addition to some of the goals they plan to put into place. Zilacks Mission statement as well as the vision of the company’s direction is outlined in this plan and we plan to adhere to it in every aspect of our business.

Human Resources Department
Department Purpose Statement

Human Resources is devoted to our consumers but more so to the employees we hire and train to run our business. Our number one priority is to ensure success through company morale and employee incentives that make our employees happy working for Zilack Corporation. In this we are successful as a business and company.

Organizational Structure

I added these two positions to the Human resource Generalist training department and to also work with the hiring section because the development of corporate partnerships is important to be able to shop the product and get entire corporations to back it. This sets the example for other corporations to follow. It also brings awareness to the employees and word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Department Managers Goals for HR

1. Retain existing department employees.
2. Hire two additional HR generalists.
3. Assist department managers in the hiring of new employees. 4. Support the departments in improving Strength of Workplace scores. 5. Divide HR into Specialty Departments
(Benefits, Payroll, Accounts Management, Records, Billing etc.). 6. Network to acquire corporate.

Department Manager’s Goals and Activities for HR

Goal 1: Roll out a Contest to earn extra income.

Supporting Activity One:

Have HR staff create a contest that will motivate the employees as well as give them an incentive for outstanding sales and performance.

How to Accomplish:

Use a percentile scale board to track progress and motivate those that are falling under the set goal.

Accomplish Dates:

As soon as the new hires for the HR department are in place this is their first project in working with Sales and Marketing.
