Eulogy For Son
Eric is a 35-year-old Caucasian male. He is a father of one child (Ivy). He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Orlando, FL. He lived with his mother and father growing up until he was 15 years old and had a good childhood; no abused suffer as a child. Eric is an only child, and has no siblings. He did not encounter domestic violence, no drugs or alcohol as a child. He graduated from Doctor Phillips High School in Orlando, FL.

Eric gets stress about not having a job, and likes to listen to music which makes him feel better, and enjoys watching TV, and playing on his tablet. Eric was unemployed for about 4 months ago, but was recently hired by Office Depot. He does not have any medical conditions, no mental health, does not take medications, no anxiety, no

Eric described their relationship as stable, good, have a connection. They enjoy going out as a family to Sea World, and movies. His support system is Alicia, as he does not have any siblings.

Eric is described as a good father and a good paramour. He was described by Ms. Munson as an alcoholic and not a good guy. All other collaterals described Eric as a good paramour.

ANALYSIS
At this time, there are no child safety concerns for Eric. Although, he has a criminal history that suggests impulsive behaviors; they are no ongoing recent criminal history. He seems to meet his child basic and essential needs. Eric does not show any signs of placing the children in an environment home condition that can potentially result in harming them. Eric is not acting in a way that is causing or may impact or is putting the children in danger.

    The child has not told anyone because the child was non-responsive. Mom says she was inside the house and child was outside with Charles. I am unsure what Charles’s explanation was at this time. Law enforcement has interviewed him. DHS spoke to mom as well as Law Enforcement.
