EREPORT # 19372 stated the following: It is happening now. The children are with Shree and Damien and Shree are terrorizing them. On 02/16/2016 LE was called to 54 Possum Trot where Damien had come when the children were there and this has been going on for years.
Tiffany is on drugs which she gets from Damien. Damien is also on drugs. He drives with the children in the car but he has no license,no insurance, no car seats and he is on drugs when he drives them. He and his mother tell the children if they go see their mother they will be raped at there. Damien beats the children's mother in front of the children. He threatens to kill her if she reports him and the children hear this. He also threatens to burn down the house of Sue and Tiffany

He and the mother are often high in front of the children. The mother and father both use Roxy and Meth. The father may be cooking meth in the barn at Shree's house or on Griffin Rd at the home of David Bruhl. Tiffany threatens to send the children to Shree's house in an effort to frighten them. The parents split time between them and both are neglectful and verbally and emotionally abusive to the children when they are with each of them. I have witnessed it. This has been reported all the time. DHS has many reports. The children are constantly threatened, purposefully frightened, witnessing physical violence, witnessing acts of terror, exposure to parents who are high on drugs, exposure to wreckless driving and much more. Both parents use drugs regularly and there has been manufacture of meth by the father. The children are present when the parents are high on drugs and have been in the car when the father was high and driving. The children have witness the mother, grandmother and others being beat by the father and hospital care was required for broken bones. The mother and father threaten the children with terroizing things such as burning down the home with them inside or taking them somewhere they feel
