3. Introduction

Mengyao and Rocio want to sell Chinese and Mexican food. Our goal is to make students to try different international food and gain profit. In this report we will see if our venture is good enough to make profit.

5. Marketing

Our product appeals to all the people (students and teachers) We will reach customers by doing advertising such as putting posters of our venture inside the school. We sold our product outside the cafeteria of BSH in Wednesday January 16 2013. We made some marketing research for our product, For the Mexican Sweet Churros, Rocio investigate how much cost a normal bag of churros and base on that information she set her product Price.

6. Physical Resources and Operations

The place we will sell our products is outside the cafeteria of the BHS. We thought that the place we had choose is was the best because its easy to get there and many people can seat down in the chairs, and eat our products.

We went to sobbeys that is in the mal of bridgewater ns to buy the ingredients for making our products. We choose that place because for us was the easy one to get there. We are not that satisfied because we live in another country so it will be difficult to us to make our food with other brands that we have never use it before.

To make our products we hired a Chinese girl. Her name its anqi and she is studying in BHS on 11 grades. She will be in charge of making the Chinese cabbage rolls and rocio the Mexican Sweet Churros. To make our products we took 1 day.

7. Human Resources

Strengths of business owners

* We are Exchange students of other countries and they can bring new food to Canada. * We can solve problems quickly.
* We are organized.
* Our food is unique, special and delicious because it represents our culture. * The products are unique you cant buy it in Canada.

Weakness of business owners

* They have never run a venture
* They dint found the same ingredients of their countries. * Rocio isn’t good at maths.
* They don’t have experiences in running a venture.

Assistance

We would require a chef for the Chinese Cabbage Rolls. Anqi Wan will be our chef and we will not pay her. We selected her as our chef because she is good cooking Chinese food.
