English as a foreign language, globalization and Conceptual questioning
This text talks us about the importance of the English as lingua franca, and the struggle between “native English countries” and the other countries to impose their own language as lingua franca. The main problem is that the lingua franca is chosen by the most powerful people in the world who in their majority have English as native language. The people who live in countries where the English is their native language are privileged, because most of the articles, books, finances, etc are made with English language. Most of the knowledge is shared with the English language, so if you want to know deeper about some topics you must know this language.
Today's world demands a universal language that allows us to share experiences, dialogues and conversations to negotiate and get knowledge.

1. - For who is worthwile this information?
I think this information is intended primarily to people who are close to a second language that allows global communication. Also this information is for those people who despite knowing the language do not know the reason for such knowledge.

2. - Would be the dialectic process face to face, or would be enrich by digital media?
We can´t say that enrriquese only one way, the language is acquired through experience, and both the reading and the talking face to face are two different ways to experience, however if we do it face to face allows for greater interaction with the same language.

3. - Would have the same effects the discussions on line than in person
It is evident that the effect will not be the same, n line you will become better in grammar, and on a discussion you will become better in listening and you will become a better speaker. I think it’s different and we can’t say which is
