FAREWELL SPEECH TO A BOSS WHO IS MOVING TO A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY
Respected sir, dear colleagues and friends,
A very good evening to you all.
First of all, I would like to express a word of gratitude to the organizers for setting up a marvelous dine for our dear Editor in Chief and CEO of the monthly magazine “POISE”, Mr. David Gosman, as this is his last night together with us. He has caught the eye of a bigger fish in the pool, “COSMOPOLITAN” and has accepted the role of Editor in Chief offered by them and is set for his journey with the multinational magazine firm. Congratulations sir! We are all very proud and have nothing but prayers of success for you in your career ahead. (Cosmopolitan co.uk, 2012)
Calm and wise in his decisions, David is and has been a vigilant leader, a great mentor and a ray of hope to all of us. His imagination and creativity carved the first stones of POISE in the market and his wisdom boomed its way to the top of the bestselling magazines list. Apart from all this, he is also a generous friend who lends a helping hand to anyone in need and a responsible father who knows how to give time to his dear ones even with a full schedule. He is, was and will always be a great example to us. (Wikepedia, 2012)
Now may not be the best time, but I would like this opportunity to thank him for giving us a platform to hone our skills, helping us think beyond the box to explore and bring forth new assets to light, the freedom in our firm to tackle work in our own ways, helping us to grow professionally and personally and the unending love, affection and understanding which is the soul fuel that drove us through the rough and tough tides of time until we finally reached calmer waters. Thank you sir, thank you very much.
As for me sir, you have always been an idol, a role model who has always inspired me, picked me up when I was unable to find myself and taught me to always walk towards the light at the end of the road to be surprised by new and

Language is a system of communication, shared through the sending and receiving of symbols, which can be written, oral or physical. Being literate is the ability to understand and use those symbols to communicate with others. Language can be viewed as a set of rules that govern how to communicate, but spoken language doesn't always follow those rules. Spoken language is socially constructed and shaped by social conventions. It is also highly individualized because people create and reshape the use of language they have learned through social interactions.…

Hello, the topic I have chosen to talk to all of you about today is not only appealing but also particularly relevant to all of us in the room. The term ‘Child Abuse’ may seem straightforward to everyone here, but it isn’t so clear-cut, there are many other ‘sub-topics’ which branch out of child abuse like for example: Bullying and Child Neglection. It is often overlooked and taken as a joke by many people and communities, and this isn’t right at all – the abuse of children is an extremely solemn and serious topic… Child abuse is the physical, sexual or emotional mistreatment or neglect of a child or of children; and it is important for all of us to recognize the dangers, causes and effects of this unpleasant experience … because the miserable truth is that we have no insight into our futures … Who knows? Any one of us could be experiencing this cruelty now or may know people who are in this situation later on in their lives ……
