INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT

Welcome to Martino Landscape Contractors, Inc.

This Employee Handbook – Field applies to all employees of Martino Landscape Contractors, Inc. It is intended to provide guidelines and summary information about the company’s personnel policies, procedures, benefits, and rules of conduct.

It is important that you read, understand, and become familiar with this Employee Handbook and comply with the standards that have been established. Please talk with your immediate supervisor if you have any questions or need additional information.

The rules set out in this Employee Handbook are as complete as we can reasonably make them. However, they are not necessarily all inclusive because circumstances that we had not anticipated may arise. Some currently unanticipated circumstances may warrant the application of discipline, including termination.
