After carefully reviewing their website, I believe that their mission statement isn't reflected 100% in the about us section.

For example, certain types of businesses are automatically looked at for being dishonest. Most people assume that car salesmen just want to sell you a car, no matter its condition, and accidentally leave out some of the details. Believe me, there are lots of them out there but the honest car dealerships usually focus on reassuring their customers that they care about them and not the sale. Also, there are a lot of “fly by night” companies that come in to restore properties to their original conditions after natural disasters. Those types of construction companies make all kinds of promises and typically inform customers that they want to get started right away. Customers love hearing that. But what they hear next is why they want to start immediately. Before they can begin, they will need a check for materials. Boom! Some customers become victims once they make payment and the construction crew never returns...hence the “fly by night.” That’s where I think emphasizing on their honesty and quality workmanship will help settle the minds of those who automatically feel like there is a chance of being cheated.
In conclusion, it is extremely important identifying an organization's mission statement will be. It should be clearly communicated to increase customer satisfaction and hopefully increase your customer potential. Furthermore, if there are going to be promises made in the mission statement it is always best to make sure that the company always delivers. Customers are what keep businesses thriving but at the same time, they can also create enough havoc to slow
