These are the elements of health and wellness we would like society to increase to help better their way of life.

Physical Health
It is important to get enough rest and sleep our body needs to rest to be able to function properly. Exercise is essential because it gives us strength, endurance, and a healthy body. That is why we should maintain a healthy weight so our body can fight other risk factors. Physical Health helps control weight and reduces the risk of CVD disease. With exercise we can also reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and some cancers. But most of all it increase our chances of living longer. Emotional Health

People who are emotionally healthy are able to handle life's challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks from life. It requires effort stability to build and maintain emotional health. When you improve your emotional health you are rewarding yourself with enjoyment of life. With good emotional health comes a sense of contentment with yourself a purpose for living and a reason to laugh and have fun. You learn how to deal with stress better and the ability to learn new things and adapt to change. Also you gain self confidence and a high self-esteem about yourself. * feelings about yourself

Social Health
Social health is the ability to interact in a social and live in social setting. When you are socially healthy you are able to deal with how to relate and deal with everyday challenges. Being able to socialize with other people and form healthy relationships is your first to a socially health. It has become really important because it can help you overcome sickness and other health concerns that put you a risk if you are not socially healthy. When you are happy on the inside there is a joy that shows on the outside. * getting along with other

* providing support
* showing respect
Nutrition and fitness also play major part of our lives. Knowing what to eat and how to eat properly is very important. Proper nutrition require food substances to supply the components necessary to build tissues, to repair tissues as they wear out and die, to keep the body in good working condition, and to supply fuel for energy. For good nutrition a person should eat a well-balanced diet, that is, one that provides an adequate amount of each of the classes of nutrients each day, furnishing at the same time an adequate but not excessive number of calories for the body's energy needs. It varies from person to person depending on your taste in nutritious food. Proper dieting alone will only benefit you for so long. Being active daily and exercising daily will help you be fit physically and mentally. Physical activity is good for your health, but it also has countless other benefits - like making your life more enjoyable. Physical activity is first and foremost an opportunity to have fun. Physical activity is good for your body and your mind, as well as adding years to your life and life to your years. An active lifestyle has many benefits. Studies show that regular physical activity not only improves the quality of your daily life, but also increases your lifespan by reducing the risk of chronic illness. Physical activity guidelines advise that we need at least 2.5 hours a week of moderate to vigorous aerobic physical activity to achieve health benefits. The guidelines also recommend adding activities that target bones and muscles at least twice a week to help make your bones stronger— activities like running, walking and yoga, where your muscles push against your bones.
