These are the elements of health and wellness we would like society to increase to help better their way of life.

Physical Health
It is important to get enough rest and sleep our body needs to rest to be able to function properly. Exercise is essential because it gives us strength, endurance, and a healthy body. That is why we should maintain a healthy weight so our body can fight other risk factors. Physical Health helps control weight and reduces the risk of CVD disease. With exercise we can also reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and some cancers. But most of all it increase our chances of living longer.
Emotional Health
People who are emotionally healthy are able to handle life's challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks from life. It requires effort stability to build and maintain emotional health. When you improve your emotional health you are rewarding yourself with enjoyment of life. With good emotional health comes a sense of contentment with yourself a purpose for living and a reason to laugh and have fun. You learn how to deal with stress better and the ability to learn new things and adapt to change. Also you gain self confidence and a high self-esteem about yourself. * feelings about yourself * thinking skills * ability to enjoy learning * avoiding negative thoughts
Social Health
Social health is the ability to interact in a social and live in social setting. When you are socially healthy you are able to deal with how to relate and deal with everyday challenges. Being able to socialize with other people and form healthy relationships is your first to a socially health. It has become really important because it can help you overcome sickness and other health concerns that put you a risk if you are not socially healthy.     The first dimension I'm going to discuss which one of my strongest dimensions of wellness is is emotional wellness. I believe that I'm emotionally well because I have discovered how to think positive. According to a book called "Understanding your Health, it suggests "The emotional dimension of health encompasses our ability to see the world in a realistic manner, cope with stress, remain flexible, and uncompromised to resolve conflict." People who have positive mind-sets tend to be more successful. Some of the techniques that I used to become emotionally well includes: reading self-improvement and inspirational books, setting goals, and learning how to deal with setbacks, and acquiring characteristics such as optimism, enthusiasm, and positive thinking. In addition, I've learned to replace negative thoughts, with positive thoughts, as well as obtain mentors that have a positive outlook on life. Sometimes the people whom you surround yourself by can have a negative effect on your emotional wellness.
