Eating habits Talk about food you
Eating habits. Talk about food you would exclude if you kept diet.

To my mind "diet" isn't something you go on and go off of, like a prescription. A diet is what you eat, day in and day out, whether you planned to eat that way or not. So when people ask me what kind of "diet" they should follow, I always tell them to follow the one they're already on—the way you like to eat is the way you should eat. I've learned that if you want to make big changes to your health, forget about following somebody else's diet. Just make a bunch of little changes to the diet you're already following.
Speaking about excluding certain types of food, some diets recommend cutting out certain foods, such as meat, fish, wheat or dairy products. Cutting out certain food groups altogether could prevent you getting the important nutrients and vitamins that your body needs to function properly. Some diets are very low in carbohydrates (for example, cutting out foods such as bread and rice), which are an important source of energy. Such diets can make you ill. Low-carbohydrate diets can cause side effects such as bad breath, headaches and constipation.
To conclude, The only way to lose weight healthily and keep it off is to make permanent changes to the way you eat and exercise. You don’t need exclude foods. You need only need eat less and do more active. Make physical activity part your life. We burn through normal everyday activities amount of calories in your organisme.

Some of the food recommended the, I really enjoy was the vegetable and fruit serving, all unsalted fresh frozen or canned tomato, or vegetable juice, canned without salt. In addition, some of the other food serving that I really enjoy was bread and cereals, because they do not have sodium, and do not need to be counted in the five serving per-day.…
