The successful opening and operating of our new locations will be dependent on a qualified and competent workforce. Initially, with a large number of job openings, we will have an in depth selection process which will ensure we are accepting qualified applicants. Step one will be recruitment. Generating candidate through advertising on local radio stations, newspapers, and social media will be vital in the staffing process. The advertisements will encourage applying through dunkindonuts.com. After the initial application is completed, candidates will be asked to come in for an interview. Once interviews are completed, the selection process will begin. District managers will discuss the candidates for store managers and select the most qualified. Once store managers are selected myself and the store managers will discuss the interviewee, and assess which candidates met the selection criteria.
