Did you know that boredom can be good for you. Scientists say that boredom is good for the brain. With boredom you are less likely to abuse drugs and you will be more creative.
Boredom is a good way to less likely to abuse drugs. For example, in the text boredom can be a agony. Also, Immordino-Yang says " we should embrace boredom, not avoid it". If you are constantly bored then you won't think about alcohol.
Creativity, if you are constantly bored a lot your mind will start to daydream. You will start to think about your future, or think about what you've learned and experienced. If you don't use this part of your brain called the introspective it will start to get out of shape.
