A 3- year old boy dies in a road rage shooting during a shopping trip with his grandmother. The boy and his grandmother were at the stop sign in Southwest Little Rock. The shooter fired after Acen king grandma took too long at a stop sign. Acen King Grandmother was devastated and emotional shock, after a short time later she realized her grandson had been shot. He was slumped over in the back seat of the car. Oh my God” the anguished grandmother screamed to the 911 dispatcher. If a reasonable person would have had time to second-guess an initial thought to kill before acting, then enough time has elapsed for premeditation to exist.
