Nowadays, computer already allow some people to work from home, though this cannot apply to more than a limited number of people and a limited number of occupations. This development indirectly has caused cybercrime to happen. The term “Cyber” is combining from the meaning of computer, computer network or virtual reality and by extension meaning “very modern” while “Crime” can be described as any activity that against the law or any offense performed by individuals with a criminal motive. Hence, cyber crime can be defined as crime committed against individuals or a group of individuals with criminal motive by using computer and the internet to steal a person’s identity or a company’s data. Hacking, credit card fraud, pornography and phishing are the examples of cyber crime. The cases of young generation involved in cyber crime have increased year over year. Lacking of proper developed monitoring system in the use of information technology (IT) as an obstruction to the young generation. Young generation may receive all kinds of information without the ability of judging it. Some invisible hazards are inside the internet world, sometimes they go to the website that contains violent, porn and other inappropriate information. The internet is unfiltered and with the unfiltered access, anybody including children can log on to the internet and access website with pornography contents with just a click of mouse. Accessing all unhealthy website will influence young generation’s thinking, personal moral values and their image. Besides that, website with pornography contents also will drive them to sexuality crimes, legal problems and wasting of time and money. Nowadays, young generation have problems with spending too much time on the computer. Computer addiction, especially to such features like e-mail, facebook, skype and instant messaging has been described as being just as powerful as a drug addiction.
