Customer Service
Customer service is vital in today business industry. Customer service, by definition, is about serving people; it should be genuine, personalised and compassionate. They are a valuable resource to business because their feedback helps to shape and improve the business. Our aim is to ensure that the customer feels good but as well as having a memorable experience. This can be achieved by providing and delivering a professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during and after the requirements have been met. In the hairdressing industry, customer service has become vital to ensure customer's satisfaction, where 70% is experience (service) and 30% is technical (hair cut or colour). Therefore, it is important to continuously review and improve the level of service provided to ensure customer feels value and appreciated.

Good customer service will help your business to grow and prosper. The size of the business does not matter, a successful business is when customer service is your first and main priority. It is important to provide good customer service to all types of customers; including potential, new and existing customers from all different age, culture, and gender. Excluding or ignoring a customer due to a particular race, age or gender will affect the reputation of your business and you risk losing but also gaining new customers. It has become vital to our business because it increases customer loyalty, generates positive word-of-mouth and reputation and increase of revenue. In addition, customer will always remember if the service provided was great or terrible; it isn't just about the sales or technical side but the overall experience.
