Critical Thinking Process

Critical thinking is the examination and assessment of a problem to form a decision on the issue given. There are five parts the critical thinking process. The first step is Knowledge you must know about the topic so you can comprehend what is being said. The second step is Comprehension this is the ability to understand what the material is saying so you can phrase it into your own words. The third step is Application this is where you apply what you have read into a situation. Step four is Analysis this is where you take other ideas and apply it to the initial question being asked. Step five is synthesis this is where you can take the parts you have already looked over and put them together. The final step is Evaluation this happens once
