1. Executive Summary
Company Background:
Teng Long Barbecue Restaurant is restaurant in Wanda Plaza, Bao shan District, Shanghai. Now, there are 12 employees and 3 investors to operate the restaurant. They focus on barbecue food, and use our heart to service every client that hope use our create spirit and warm heart to make best barbecue and services to every client.
Slogan: BBQ in Happy Life
Mission:
Let the people enjoy the BBQ and have a break in the shopping hour.
Vision:
This shop in the Wanda Plaza is the first shop in my company, and in the future I will put my idea to more shopping center or plaza, etc.

Barbecue Market:
Business industry and outlook: Our company 's barbecue and those in the high streets and back lanes is different.

Existing market: In our investigation found that: regardless of any high streets and back lanes will have 1-2 different barbecue shop, and now the barbecue market gradually saturated.

Identify target market: One part is the customers who go shopping or take activities in plaza.

The target clients: Because our barbecue shop opened in Wanda Square, so our target groups mostly in Wanda Square inside the crowds.

Share of the market you currently or anticipate: In barbecue industry, using its unique advantages of the products and advanced marketing mode has become Chinese barbecue industry leader, strive to build China 's first brand barbecue.

Products: Chicken Wing Skewer | Beef | Mutton Skewer | Saury | Scallop | Oyster | Mushroom Skewer | Eggplant Skewer | Photo Skewer |

Organization and Management:
Edward (one of the investor) will adjunct the shop manager and employ 2 chefs to cook the barbecue, 8 waiters and waitress to service
