C.Communication

1. Each morning at 7:30 am, there will be a daily meeting facilitated by the PM whose attendees will be all available Site Managers (SM). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss any issues, problems, or risks that had/had not occurred relating to cost, quality and/or time of the previous day and any possible for the current day whether newly discovered or previously identified in the Risk Management Plan (RMP). 2. Each Friday, a weekly risk & progress report will be prepared and distributed by the PM to the CM, all SMs, and the Sponsor. The purpose of this report is to advise all applicable stakeholders of the project’s progress and any issues, problems, or risks that had/had not occurred relating to cost, quality and/or time of the previous period and any likely for the current (upcoming)period whether newly discovered or previously identified in the Risk Management Plan (RMP).

3. On the last Friday of each month, a monthly risk & progress report will be prepared and distributed by the PM to the CM, all SMs, the Sponsor, and the owner. The purpose of this report is to advise all applicable stakeholders of the project’s progress and any issues, problems, or risks that had/had not occurred relating to cost, quality and/or time of the previous period and any likely for the current (upcoming)period whether newly discovered or previously identified in the Risk Management Plan (RMP).

4. On the last Friday of a sis-month period, a semi-annual risk & progress report will be prepared and distributed by the PM to the CM, all SMs, the Sponsor and the owner. The...
