Standards and Procedures
It is our policy to provide our code of ethics to all employees. We expect all of our employees to observe the code of ethics to the highest standard. Each employee will conduct business with each client with integrity and respect.

Integrity:
Is the heart of everything that we do.

Respect:
We respect everyone at every level. We embrace individuality and listen carefully whenever others are speaking.

Accountability:
We take responsibility for our actions as individuals, as members of a team and as an organization. We support one another and work together as a team.

Use of Company Resources:
Company resources (examples: office phones, office supplies, copiers, fax machines) are to be used for business use only not personal use.

Harassment:
This policy prohibits harassment of any individual by another person on the basis of any protected classification including, but not limited to, religion, color, race, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, veteran status or sexual orientation, and any other classifications protected by federal, state or local law, rule, regulation or ordinance. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that in the workplace, no one harasses another individual.

Gift Giving:
“Gifts” are items and services of value that are given to any outside parties. Staff may not accept, give or offer commissions, gifts, payments, services, or promise of future employment to anyone in connection with hers or his assignment. Confidentiality:
Staff members should exercise the utmost discretion in regards to all matters of official business. No staff member shall use official business maters to their private advantage.

Discrimination:
Under Equal Opportunity legislation, discrimination occurs when a person, or a group of people, are treated less favorably than another person or group, in the same or similar circumstances, because of irrelevant attributes
