It is built by the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. It is used to protect Empire’s states from enemies. The Forbidden City, which was the home of the emperor of the Ming and Qing dynasties, is also a fantastic place to learn Chinese history. In Forbidden City, people are able to see some precious relics and paintings.
Besides, Shanghai has many structures of various architectural styles. One of the most famous architectures is Shanghai World Financial Center, which has 492 meters tall. It is not only the tallest skyscraper in China, but also the third tallest skyscraper in the world. Oriental Pearl Tower, a TV tower, attracts people by its unique shape.
